Inner Child Healing Journal

📥 Instant digital download — 37 pages — US Letter & A4 included

The child you were is still deciding things for you. This is how you take the weight off them.

“Inner child work” sounds soft, and it is not. The strategies you built as a child to stay safe are still running, decades later, in situations they were never designed for. The work is not to blame anyone — it is to notice the rule and decide whether you still need it.

📋 What's inside — all 37 pages:

• Hyperlinked contents — tap any line on iPad to jump straight to that page
• Not Soft, Just Old — the adaptation you made, and what it costs you now
• The Needs Inventory — eight things every child is owed, scored always / sometimes / rarely
• Two full letters — one to the child you were, one from them to you
• Six reparenting scripts — the sentences nobody said, for panicking, failing and feeling too much
• The Play Inventory — getting joy back is not a distraction from healing; often it is the healing
• Unmet Need → Adult Action — eleven rows, because you can meet more of these yourself than you think
• 24 gentle entries — the age you got stuck, the rule you learned, what you are still apologising for
• The Gentle Tracker — 30 days of the ordinary things that make this work possible
• What I Am Building Instead — the new rule, in the same plain language the old one used

✦ Designed with care: Elegant editorial serif, soft gold line art and an uncluttered layout with room to actually write. Every page is authored to be used — no filler, and no blank “notes” pages padding the count.

☾ Rooted in the Qur'an: around 32 short verses appear throughout these pages, each cited by surah and ayah so you can read it in context. The prompts themselves are plain and practical — but the framing is Islamic, and it is there on almost every page.

📱 Print and iPad: US Letter (8.5×11") and A4 are both included. The hyperlinked contents works in GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo and any PDF app that supports internal links — tap any line to jump straight to that page.

🔁 Undated: begin on any day of any year. Nothing to re-buy.

⚠️ Please read: These pages support — they never replace — proper support. If this work brings up more than you can hold, that is a good reason to have someone qualified alongside you rather than doing it alone.
