FAQ — Printing, Downloads & What You Get
Everything people usually ask before buying — what you actually receive, how to print it so the colours survive, and what these planners are and are not for. If your question is not here, please get in touch.
What exactly do I get?
A PDF — or rather two: the same planner in US Letter (8.5 × 11") and A4, so it prints properly wherever you are. Nothing is posted to you. Page counts are listed on every product page and range from 36 to 54 pages depending on the planner.
How do I receive it?
Immediately. Your download link appears on the confirmation screen the moment your payment goes through, and it is emailed to you as well. If the email has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder before anything else — that is where it almost always is.
Are the planners dated?
No, and deliberately so. Every planner is undated, which means you buy it once and use it in any month of any year. There is nothing to re-purchase next January, and nothing goes out of date.
Can I use these on an iPad instead of printing?
Yes. Every planner has a hyperlinked contents page — tap any line and it jumps straight to that page. It works in GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo and any PDF app that supports internal links. Write on it with an Apple Pencil exactly as you would on paper.
Do I have to print the whole thing?
Not at all, and most people do not. Print only the pages you will use, and print the daily or weekly pages as many times as you need — a planner with thirty day pages can be printed thirty times or three times, whichever suits you.
My printed pages came out white — what happened?
Turn on "Background graphics" in your print settings. It is off by default in most browsers and printers, and it strips out every colour and panel in the design. This is the single most common printing problem, and that one checkbox fixes it.
What paper should I use?
Ordinary printer paper is completely fine. If you would like something that feels closer to a bought planner, 100–120gsm holds ink better and stops pens showing through. A hole punch and a ring binder is the cheapest way to bind it.
Can I print it more than once, or for my family?
Print as many copies as you like for yourself and your household — that is what it is for. What is not permitted is reselling, sharing or redistributing the files, or using them commercially. These are for personal use.
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are instant digital downloads, they cannot be returned once delivered. If a file will not open, is missing pages, or is not what the listing described, get in touch and we will fix it or refund you — we would rather sort out a problem than keep money for something that did not work.
Are the healing and recovery journals a substitute for therapy?
No, and every one of them says so plainly inside. They are written to support professional care, never to replace it. If you are struggling with your mental health, please speak to a doctor or a qualified therapist — needing treatment is not a failure of self-care.
Is the Islamic content reliable?
Every Qur'anic verse is cited by surah and ayah so you can read it in context. There is no manifestation language, and no imagery of beings — the artwork is geometric gold line work only. Where a ruling is involved, such as zakat nisab or the requirements for a valid nikah, the pages tell you to confirm the specifics with a qualified scholar or your imam, because these vary by school of thought and by country.
Do I need to be Muslim to use these?
It depends which one, and we would rather tell you plainly than have you find out after buying. The Muslim Collection is our explicitly Islamic line — Ramadan, dua, salah, zakat, nikah. Four of our healing journals — Trauma Recovery, Inner Child Healing, IVF Journey and Postpartum Recovery — are also rooted in the Qur'an, with around thirty short cited verses running through them; the prompts are plain and practical, but the framing is Islamic and it is on almost every page. The remaining planners — Divorce Recovery, Wellness & Self-Care, Goal Setting and the Small Business Planner — carry only a handful of gentle verses and are written to be used by anyone, of any faith or none. Every product page states its exact verse count.
Can I edit the planners?
The PDFs are print-and-write rather than editable templates — the design, typography and content are fixed. If you use an iPad, you can of course write anywhere on the page with an Apple Pencil.
Something has gone wrong. How do I reach a human?
Through the contact page. A real person reads every message and normally replies within 24 hours.
Still deciding?
Every planner lists its exact page count and shows real interior pages in the photographs — not mock-ups. Browse The Muslim Collection, Healing & Recovery, Planners & Trackers or Business Tools.
